Our Governance

The Directional Team is made up of Pastors and Staff Elders and is led by Lead Pastor, Bruce Hall Jr. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. Staff Pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church. Our current Directional Team is comprised of the following Pastors and Staff Elders:

The Board of Trustees is made up of advisors and members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastors and Directional Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. Our current Board is comprised of the following Trustees:

The Overseers consist of four pastors from nationally respected congregations and ministries who love Champion City Church. They are dedicated to offering Holy Spirit-inspired wisdom, biblical guidance, and spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastors if requested by the Directional Team or Trustees Board. Biblically, the Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
Our current Overseers include:
